Through gentle, conscious touch, slow pacing, breath-led guidance, and mindful attention, this session invites the body to soften, unwind, and settle into a state of deep relaxation. Rather than aiming to treat or fix, this experience supports the body’s natural capacity for rest, regulation, and self-connection, encouraging a sense of balance, ease, and inner calm. To ensure the best experience for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies: • Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your appointment and confirms your commitment to self-care. • Rescheduling is welcome with at least 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. Please reach out as soon as possible to arrange a new time. • No-shows or cancellations without notice will be charged the full service fee, as that time has been reserved especially for you.
